Every eligible order earns cashback in your reward balance. The rate depends on your membership level: 1 % for Professional, 3 % for Specialist, 5 % for Expert and 10 % for Master. Your level is based on your purchases over the qualification period, and you can follow your progress under My bonuses.
At checkout, switch on the reward balance option in the payment step to deduct it from your order total. Reward credits have no cash value and cannot be used to pay for subscriptions.
On eligible products you can choose Subscribe & Save instead of a one-off purchase. You get a discount on every delivery, and your order is placed and charged automatically at the interval you choose. You can change the quantity or interval, skip or pause a delivery, or cancel at any time under Subscriptions in your account.
We do not charge you for a delivery we cannot ship. Your subscription is put on hold and we notify you; it resumes automatically once the product is back in stock.
