Select Create account, choose the Professional or Distributor account type and fill in your details. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address. Our team then checks your professional credentials, such as your diploma or medical licence, before unlocking professional pricing.
Each account is reviewed by hand by our team on business days. We email you as soon as your account has been verified, or if we need more information. Until then, you can browse the catalogue and buy products that do not require professional status.
Select Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. We will email you a link to create a new password. The link is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once; if it expires, you can request a new one after 2 minutes.
Billing profiles, VAT numbers and delivery addresses are all managed in your account. Changes apply to future orders — orders that are already being prepared keep the details they were placed with.
