Injectables, medical-grade peels and some other products may only be sold to qualified practitioners. Their prices and the option to buy them are available once your professional or distributor account has been verified.
Yes. We source our products from the manufacturers and their authorised distribution channels, and every batch is traceable.
Each product page lists the composition and the key active ingredients. If you need a technical file or a safety data sheet, contact us and we will send you the manufacturer’s documentation.
Storage conditions are shown on each product page and on the packaging. Some products must be kept refrigerated (for example between +2 °C and +8 °C) — please unpack and store them as soon as your parcel arrives.
